Birds Of Prey
The Birds of Prey Show performs live, Free-Flight Demonstrations across Canada at select events throughout the year. We perform over 1000 presentations per year and reach an audience of over 1 million people. Our demonstrations include birds that are trained for free flight, as each different bird is unique in its own appearance and flight styles. As each bird is flying, the handler/interpreter gives an educational commentary* about each one (*also available in French between April and September). The presentations can also include music and special effects.

Indian River
Indian River is an interactive repltile show including education and interaction. Depending on the program and season the show could include: turtles, snakes (always a big one!), lizards, tortoises and alligators.

Indian River can also customize the show if you're interested in a specific topic, such as reptiles native to Ontario.

A great show for all ages, Indian River provides a safe, hands-on, memorable experience for its audiences.

For nearly two decades we have captivated audiences with an array of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, spiders and insects from around the world. It's an exciting opportunity to see these amazing animals in real-life and to learn about their fascinating lives, such as where they live, how they survive, their role in the ecosystem, and what we can do to protect them from going extinct. Our Wildlife Presentation teams are both interesting and dynamic, professionals in their field.

Over the years, we have visited places such as the Ontario Science Centre, Science North, CN Tower and countless schools, libraries, summer camps, Scouting/Guiding functions, church groups, corporate events and resorts. We have appeared on TV shows as The Zone (YTV), TVO-Kids, This is Daniel Cook, Kratts Creatures, Animal Housecalls, Canada AM and the Discovery Channel.

Sciensational Sssnakes!! provides hands-on education about reptiles and amphibians for the young and the young at heart. Their shows feature an informal lecture about the animals, their ecology and conservation issues as well as a session in which participants are able to interact, touch and hold the animals.

The best experience with snakes they have found is a hands-on one. An extremely important component of each show is the portion where every participant is given the opportunity to touch, hold or even wear the snakes. This is a voluntary activity & no one is forced to take part in any way.

The program features live animals that are safe, friendly and easy to handle. Many of them are native Ontario species, some of which are now endangered in the wild, and rarely seen.

Sciensational Sssnakes!! maintains the most complete collection of Ontario reptile and amphibian species in the province, which allows unparalleled opportunities to learn about these animals and the challenges we face to ensure their survival in the future.

They are authorized by the Ministry of Natural Resources to maintain these animals in captivity.

Speaking Of Wildlife

Each informative presentation features a close encounter with some of Ontario's magnificent wild creatures and is designed to give the audience a better appreciation for the wildlife around them. Subject matter may include adaptations, social structure, habits and environmental threats affecting each of the creatures and content can be tailored to meet a specific curriculum. Though specializing in school groups, from elementary to university level, Speaking of Wildlife has provided interactive presentations for many other groups, including Scouts and Guides, Day cares, children's camps, resorts, museums, libraries, fairs & festivals, conservation areas, provincial parks and science centres.
